Nickel Glow
I truly enjoyed the process of making this low layer Damascus featuring a nickel shim. Taking that gorgeous Damascus and turning it into this every day carry Bowie style blade seemed like the natural choice. I felt like the nickel shim almost glowed in contrast with the high carbon steel etched dark so I added a white glow in the dark G10 liner in this handle to match. This is for sure one of the best knives I’ve made to date
