Glow of Evolution
This is my latest evolution in design for my chef knives. I feel like this is a fantastic blend of comfort, usability, and stile that will make for a superior experience in the kitchen. The extra tall heel gives you ample room for your fingers over the cutting board and the overall arching blade shape gives a fantastic rocking feel to the chop as you use it.
This handle material is Glow Grip-Tec which is the best handle material I’ve ever put on a chef knife! It gives superior grip and comfort.
Steel - AEB-L Stainless
Handle Material- Blue Glow Grip Tec
Liner - Green G10
Edge Length - 7.25 inches
End to End Length - 12 inches
